My two very adventurous-eating children (now adults) insist on brussel sprouts with bacon. Easy and very good for you — what’s not to like about bacon anyway? They help me, and we all love, love Thanksgiving.

I love brussel sprouts.. steamed, but not over cooked, with soy sauce with a dab of melted butter.

I tell you what guys, Thursday nite I will probably be in a food-induced stupor by LLN time so you all can have at it with no competition from me!

His employer makes headlights for cars they are an auto parts maker.
The auto parts makers make stuff for GM Ford etc and the Japanese car companies.

The audacity of Citibank coming to the Government and asking for a handout of the Taxpayer’s money after it last week sent out a notice of intent to commit Usury. They’ve been paying an average of 1.25% on interest checking and 2.40% on money market accounts, while charging credit card holders an average of 11.27%

Citibank mailed a “Notice of Change in Terms and Right to Opt Out,” last week which basically stated we may increase your APRs on all balances to the Default APR, which equals the Prime Rate plus up to 23.99% or up to 29.00%, whichever is greater. The display of gratitude is underwhelming.

Citibank, victims of their own greed, a lapse for which none shall be held to account and few will see any effect upon lucrative performance bonuses, is actually allowed to raise consumer credit card rates to Twenty-nine percent! At Twenty-nine percent, a consumer debt of $5,000 with a monthly payment of $128 per month to Citibank will require ten years and more than $15,000 to settle the original $5,000 principal.
